Pilates Can Help Your Riding
Horseback riding is enjoyable for recreational riders and competitors, but can be even better when the body is communicating with the horse effectively. Even the most avid horseback riders struggle with their body, and controlling it while they ride. Some instructors and riders have overcome these struggles through Pilates, exercises are designed to help become fluid in the saddle, isolate different parts, and effectively use muscles of the body so one is not sending confusing messages to the horse.
