Veterinarians Who Specialize in Treating Horses Exclusively
Veterinarians are trained to treat all animals but there are a few requirements of a larger pet doctor that sets them apart. One of the most pressing commitments is the amount of time spent traveling to make house calls on their large patients because it is not practical to haul these animals to a clinic. There is also an understanding needed for the amount of physical stamina required to control these animals, especially when they are in pain.
